- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess, then dip into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so it sticks well.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside.
- Spray the tops of the chicken with a bit more cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot, with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of veggies.
Notes
Consider slicing the chicken breasts horizontally for even cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
