Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with taco seasoning, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Combine cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl to make the slaw.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet until soft.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in each tortilla.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate shrimp ahead of time. Store leftovers separately in airtight containers.
