- 1 pound chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Beat the eggs until light and frothy in another bowl.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the tenders in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the tenders lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra texture, try combining grated Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs. You can also prepare the chicken tenders a day ahead and store them in the fridge before cooking.
