Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers
- Mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers)
- Tofu or shrimp (optional)
- Garlic (minced)
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix the mixed vegetables, tofu or shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a small amount of the filling on each spring roll wrapper, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the basket.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray for a golden color.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
