Description

Delicious and crispy air fryer spring rolls filled with mixed vegetables and tofu or shrimp for a healthy and customizable treat.


Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • Tofu or shrimp (optional)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix the mixed vegetables, tofu or shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place a small amount of the filling on each spring roll wrapper, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Spray the tops with cooking spray for a golden color.
  6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
