- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Spray the metal insert of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking.
Notes
Feel free to customize with lime juice, sriracha, or maple syrup for different flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
