- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and uncooked rice until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
