Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C (or 400F).
- Combine the chickpea flour, water, and salt in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Spoon the batter onto the parchment, spreading it into thin circles.
- Sprinkle with your choice of herbs or spices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until golden and lightly browned.
- Let them cool for 15 to 20 minutes before removing from the parchment.
- Serve with dips or enjoy on their own!
