- 1 block (8 oz) of feta cheese
- 4 cloves of garlic, whole
- Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
- Olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Lemon zest (optional, for a zesty twist)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub your potatoes clean.
- Cut them into quarters for even cooking.
- Toss the potato quarters with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish.
- Nestle the whole garlic cloves among the potatoes.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the potatoes.
