- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in water overnight before drying them thoroughly before roasting.
