Description

A comforting and flavorful baked orange chicken dish that brings nostalgia and warmth to family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the chicken pieces with cornstarch until well coated.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
  6. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
