- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, plus 2 tablespoons
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet and brush edges with olive oil.
- Toss the cooked chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until coated.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the BBQ sauce.
- Distribute the BBQ chicken pieces and sliced red onions evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
