Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (sliced)
- 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced beef, stirring frequently until browned.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Toss in the minced garlic, sliced onion, and bell pepper; stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cabbage and stir until it wilts down.
- Mix together peanut butter, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce in a separate bowl.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the mixture.
- Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.

This dish can be prepped in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
