Description
Delightful no-bake Scotcheroos that perfectly balance creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and crunchy Rice Krispies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in Rice Krispies until fully coated with the mixture.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the layer in the baking dish.
- Crumble the remaining Rice Krispies mixture on top and gently press down.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days. For chewier squares, refrigerate.
