Description

A creamy, no-bake dessert layered with sweet blueberries and a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form; then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Mix the blueberries with lemon juice and set aside.
  4. Combine melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers for the crust.
  5. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of your dish.
  6. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by a sprinkle of blueberries.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  9. Serve chilled.

Notes

This dessert actually tastes better the next day, so prepare it a day in advance for best results.
