A creamy, no-bake dessert layered with sweet blueberries and a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 package graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form; then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Mix the blueberries with lemon juice and set aside.
- Combine melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers for the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of your dish.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by a sprinkle of blueberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
This dessert actually tastes better the next day, so prepare it a day in advance for best results.
