Description

Delicious, creamy Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms with a crispy topping, perfect for cozy gatherings or easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 4 oz garlic and herb cheese (e.g., Boursin)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems. Set the caps aside.
  3. Combine the garlic and herb cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the creamy cheese mixture.
  5. Mix panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese with olive oil until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle the panko mixture over each of the stuffed mushrooms.
  7. Arrange the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
