Instructions

  2. Prepare the pineapple by slicing off the top and bottom, standing it upright, and cutting off the skin vertically.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended.
  4. Coat the pineapple slices in the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Grill the pineapple for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
  6. Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
