Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the pineapple by slicing off the top and bottom, standing it upright, and cutting off the skin vertically.
- Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended.
- Coat the pineapple slices in the brown sugar mixture.
- Grill the pineapple for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
