Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk or cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine the brown sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Add ice cubes to a glass.
  4. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  5. Add the brown sugar syrup and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir well and top with milk or cream if desired.
