- 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Milk or cream (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- Combine the brown sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add ice cubes to a glass.
- Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
- Add the brown sugar syrup and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and top with milk or cream if desired.
