Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
Instructions
- Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and it begins to release its juices.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes until well combined.
- Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Cajun chicken mixture on burger buns and enjoy!
