Description
Indulge in warm and creamy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars that perfectly capture the essence of fall with every bite.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend well, then press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time while continuing to mix. Then stir in the vanilla extract until everything is beautifully blended.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon, incorporating the warmth of those flavors. Pour this cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake layer, allowing it to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the center is gently set and the edges appear slightly golden.
- Cool the bars completely before refrigerating for a few hours to firm up.
- Slice into bars and serve with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
