Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cutting it into charming squares or rectangles.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place a spoonful of the creamy mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Top with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a pinch.
  7. Brush the tops with an egg wash.
