Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, finely chopped celery, halved grapes, and chopped apples in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until well blended.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and veggie blend, making sure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Fold the ingredients gently together until combined.
