Description

A rich and creamy Chocolate Greek Yogurt Ice Cream that’s healthy, guilt-free, and packed with protein. Perfect for summer gatherings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Greek yogurt (plain and unsweetened)
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup almond milk (plain or vanilla and unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • â…” cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until the mixture is running smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn as directed for about 15 minutes.
  3. If serving as soft-serve, scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately.
  4. For a thicker ice cream, scoop into an airtight container and wrap tightly.
  5. Place the container in the freezer to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Allow to thaw slightly before serving and top with desired toppings.
