Description

A rich and creamy chocolate tart topped with fresh raspberries, perfect for cozy gatherings and sweet celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl, mixing until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan, creating an even layer for the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  5. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  6. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  7. Pour the rich chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  9. Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
