- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl, mixing until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan, creating an even layer for the crust.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the rich chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
