Description

A heartwarming and classic Club Sandwich that combines crispy turkey bacon, juicy turkey, fresh veggies, and creamy mayo, all nestled between golden toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 3 slices of whole grain or white bread, toasted
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cheese slices, avocado, or additional veggies like cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crunchy.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toast; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on the mayo-covered bread.
  5. Add the second slice of toast and repeat layering with more turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
  6. Top with the final slice of toasted bread, adding cheese or avocado if desired.
  7. Cut the sandwich into quarters and serve with chips or a light salad.
