A refreshing twist on a classic lemonade, this Coconut Lavender Lemonade Mocktail blends creamy coconut goodness with floral lavender for the perfect summer drink.

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender
- 2 cups chilled water or soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine simple syrup and culinary lavender in a small pot. Heat gently until fragrant, about a few minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Mix coconut water, lemon juice, cooled lavender syrup, and chilled water (or soda water) in a pitcher.
- Stir well and taste. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs. Enjoy!
Notes
Make the lavender syrup in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week. Use lavender essence if culinary lavender is unavailable.
