Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well mixed, making sure everything is nicely incorporated.
  3. Fold in some chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir again in the morning, and you’re ready to enjoy!
