- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup salsa
- Tortilla chips (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced peppers and onion to the skillet, stirring gently until tender.
- Stir in the fajita seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top the casserole with a generous layer of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips if desired.
