Delicious sliders made with turkey, cheese, and cranberry sauce, perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings.

- 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or ham
- 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 (12-pack) Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Lay down the turkey or ham generously.
- Spread a luscious layer of cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Add the cheese slices on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the cheese.
- Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow the sliders to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Assemble the sliders a day in advance for convenience. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
