Description

A delightful apple salad with crunchy apples, walnuts, and a creamy dressing, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or dressing of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until it’s creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple and walnut mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. If desired, add the raisins and mix again.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes

Cut apples last to prevent browning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
