Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Fish taco sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot.
  2. Combine the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a spice mix.
  3. Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the fish.
  4. Grill or pan-fry the fish for about 4-5 minutes per side until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft and pliable.
  6. Assemble each taco with a piece of fish, topped with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and fish taco sauce.
