Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  2. Combine the rolled oats, crispy rice cereal, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Heat the honey and peanut butter over low heat in a small saucepan until melted and combined.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is beautifully combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.

Notes
