Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or shells)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy and golden, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Combine the cooked pasta, frozen peas, chopped turkey bacon, and green onions with the dressing. Toss well.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
