Description

A heartwarming creamy pasta salad with turkey bacon and tender peas, perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or shells)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy and golden, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, frozen peas, chopped turkey bacon, and green onions with the dressing. Toss well.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
