Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once perfectly al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, combining gently until the mixture thickens.
  5. Melt the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated.
  7. Mix in the fresh basil off the heat for a delightful aroma.
