- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

- Combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated, and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Mix the buffalo sauce and olive oil in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven, toss each floret in the buffalo sauce mixture, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy as a snack or appetizer, making sure to have your favorite dip on hand!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them back in the oven for a few minutes to restore their crispiness.
