Description

Crispy baked Buffalo cauliflower wings that are a guilt-free alternative to traditional buffalo wings, perfect for game day or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup of flour (gluten-free if desired)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they’re all about the same size for even cooking.
  3. Combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated, and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix the buffalo sauce and olive oil in a separate bowl until well combined.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven, toss each floret in the buffalo sauce mixture, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy as a snack or appetizer, making sure to have your favorite dip on hand!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them back in the oven for a few minutes to restore their crispiness.
