Description

Creamy and cheesy potatoes cooked to perfection in a Crock Pot, perfect for cozy evenings and family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, and melted butter in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Crock Pot and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.
