- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the Crock Pot and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
