Description

A creamy and cheesy casserole filled with tender chicken and a crunchy topping, perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped celery and onion, and sauté until softened.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, spread half of the stuffing mix on the bottom. Pour the chicken mixture over the stuffing and then top with the remaining stuffing mix.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
