- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, and diced apples.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apple mixture, and toss until everything is well coated.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled as a delightful side dish for BBQs or potlucks.
