Description

A creamy and crunchy apple coleslaw that brings comfort and flavor to any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, and diced apples.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apple mixture, and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve chilled as a delightful side dish for BBQs or potlucks.
