Description

A quick and comforting chicken stir fry packed with vibrant vegetables and a savory soy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender and colorful.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together, ensuring each piece is well coated and gleaming.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or with noodles.

Notes

For a saucier stir fry, double the soy sauce. Pre-chop ingredients for quicker preparation.
