- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the 1 lb of broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (if using), and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over the broccoli.
- Stir well to combine and allow to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
