Ingredients
- Pre-made croissants
- Pistachio paste or creamy pistachio filling
- Crushed pistachios
- Pistachio sauce
- Powdered sugar (optional for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the pre-made croissants in half, carefully separating the flaky layers.
- Spread the creamy pistachio filling generously inside each croissant.
- Press crushed pistachios into the filling or sprinkle them on top.
- Drizzle with pistachio sauce.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving (optional).
Notes
For an extra-crispy croissant, broil for an additional minute after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
