Description

Deliciously flaky croissants filled with creamy pistachio paste and topped with crushed pistachios and powdered sugar.


Ingredients

  • Pre-made croissants
  • Pistachio paste or creamy pistachio filling
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Pistachio sauce
  • Powdered sugar (optional for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the pre-made croissants in half, carefully separating the flaky layers.
  3. Spread the creamy pistachio filling generously inside each croissant.
  4. Press crushed pistachios into the filling or sprinkle them on top.
  5. Drizzle with pistachio sauce.
  6. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving (optional).

Notes

For an extra-crispy croissant, broil for an additional minute after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
