- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 quart of ice cream (chocolate or your choice)
- Chocolate sauce
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Bake it in a rectangular pan and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into layers.
- In a serving dish, layer the brownies and ice cream, starting with a layer of brownies on the bottom.
- Add a layer of ice cream followed by a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and repeat the process until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of ice cream on top.
- Freeze the entire cake for at least 240 minutes to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Slice and serve to your guests!
Notes
This cake can be made a day in advance. For perfect slices, dip your knife in warm water before cutting.
