Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining layers of fudgy brownies and creamy ice cream, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 quart of ice cream (chocolate or your choice)
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Bake it in a rectangular pan and let it cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, cut the brownies into layers.
  3. In a serving dish, layer the brownies and ice cream, starting with a layer of brownies on the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of ice cream followed by a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and repeat the process until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of ice cream on top.
  5. Freeze the entire cake for at least 240 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
  7. Slice and serve to your guests!

Notes

This cake can be made a day in advance. For perfect slices, dip your knife in warm water before cutting.
