- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
