Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil, ready for some love.
  4. Drizzle the sumptuous butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. If you’d like, top with fresh herbs and lemon slices for an extra pop of flavor.
  6. Fold the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet.
