- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Fresh herbs (optional)
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil, ready for some love.
- Drizzle the sumptuous butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
- If you’d like, top with fresh herbs and lemon slices for an extra pop of flavor.
- Fold the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- Serve directly from the foil.
