Description

A comforting one-pan meal of juicy steak bites and tender potatoes drenched in savory garlic butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet, searing on all sides until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes for medium.
  5. Fold the cooked potatoes back into the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Great for busy weeknights and easily customizable with vegetables and herbs.
