Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, searing on all sides until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes for medium.
- Fold the cooked potatoes back into the skillet and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
