Description

A delightful and healthy summer treat featuring creamy Greek yogurt and customizable fruit flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fruit puree (strawberry, peach, mango, blackberry, or a combination)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, fruit puree, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend until smooth, letting the flavors meld together.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the mixture and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to remove the popsicles.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing Greek yogurt popsicles!

Notes

These popsicles can be made in advance and stored in airtight containers or zip-top bags. Experiment with different fruits for varied flavors.
