Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fruit puree (strawberry, peach, mango, blackberry, or a combination)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, fruit puree, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Blend until smooth, letting the flavors meld together.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the mixture and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to remove the popsicles.
- Enjoy your refreshing Greek yogurt popsicles!
Notes
These popsicles can be made in advance and stored in airtight containers or zip-top bags. Experiment with different fruits for varied flavors.
