Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined — be careful not to overmix.
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker if necessary, then pour the batter into the center.
- Cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or let cool and freeze for later use.
