Description

A cozy one-pan meal of ground beef and cabbage, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Stir in ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Cook until nicely browned, breaking it up.
  4. Combine chopped cabbage and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
