- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Halloween M&Ms
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 1/2 cup candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the Halloween M&Ms, sprinkles, and candy eyeballs.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set.
- Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For thick cookies, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
