Instructions
- Whisk together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for optimal flavor.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard it.
- Grill or bake the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through, achieving an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
