Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cozy bowl, combine the cottage cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing until well blended.
  2. Nestle the diced chicken breast gently on top of the cottage cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
